1. Quran Recitation Online provides a full refund of the Online Quran Learning Fee if a student withdraws before the start of the month.
2. Once classes are confirmed and a student attend at least one class or is absent without notice, a refund is not entertained.
3. To discontinue Online Quran Classes or request leave for a month or more, students must inform Quran Recitation Online via the official email before the start of the month; otherwise, the full monthly fee will be charged.

No refunds are provided for public holidays or unnotified absences.
